What’s your shipping time?

We will ship your order within 1-2 business days. You should receive your Smoky Box within 3-7 business days after your order is processed, depending on your location.

What’s your return policy?

We offer returns or exchanges within seven days of receiving your order as long as the product is unused. Fill out the form below if you wish to return or exchange your order.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you wish to change your order, please fill out our contact form as soon as possible, and we will make the necessary adjustments. However, once your order has shipped, we can no longer make any changes. We will gladly work with you to find another solution should this occur.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

No, we only ship within the Continental United States.

How can I view my order status?

After your order is placed, we will provide a tracking number for you to view the current status of arrival. Please note that tracking reflects an estimated time of delivery. Delays beyond our control, such as weather, misplaced packages, or orders sent on an incorrect route, can all result in missed delivery dates.

Do I need to pay for delivery?

Yes, however, you can get free shipping whenever you subscribe to the Smoky Club and spend $50 or more.
