Refund policy

Standard Shipping turnaround time in the USA is between 2 to 6 business days with an option to expedite delivery. Standard delivery options are complimentary on $50+ orders. If the order is less than $50 there is a $5.95 delivery charge.

Orders are shipped via USPS.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure the address information provided is accurate, including city, state and zip code to prevent any error or delays in shipping. Customers shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped out. It is the customers responsibility to review their shipping information before order submission. Failure to provide accurate shipping information may result in a delay and additional shipping costs.

Orders are same day deliver in Miami if the order is made before 10:00 pm EST. If Order is made after 10:00 pm EST order will be deliver next business day at first time in the morning.

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

If your package has failed the delivery, you MUST WAIT UNTIL WE RECIEVE YOUR ITEM TO RECIEVE A REFUND.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unusable or defected.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable):

We are responsible to fulfill and ship your order timely and faithfully in accordance with our terms and policies. However, once package is handed to couriers, we are not responsible for delays, lost items or returns except once they are received back. Further, we are not liable for replacing products that get held by customs of customers' respective countries for whichever reason.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Delayed Shipments:

We are responsible to fulfill and ship your order timely and faithfully. However, once packages are handed to couriers, we are not responsible for delays, lost items or returns except once they are received back. Shipping times displayed at checkout are an estimate. Therefore, We will not be issuing shipping refunds for delayed shipments.
